Introduction & Acceptance:
By accessing and using the services of iPrints (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. iPrints provides online printing services, allowing users to customize and order various printed products, including business cards, banners, brochures, and more. Users can upload their designs or use our online design tools to to create custom prints. By placing an order with or via this website: www.iprints.com.ng, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
User Accounts and Ordering:
To access certain features of our services, you may need to create a user account. When this happen, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Orders can be placed through our online platform or by contacting our customer service team. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including print specifications, quantities, and delivery details. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected products and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Artwork and Design Files:
Users are solely responsible for the content and design files they upload or create using our design tools. You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork in accordance with our specifications. Read our Print Design Guidelines. We are not liable for errors in the final product if they result from inaccuracies in the provided artwork. You confirm that you have the right to use any uploaded design or content, and it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. When you hire our graphic designers to create artwork for your print or marketing materials, a digital or physical proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the proof. Your approval indicates acceptance of the design, layout, and content.
Printing and Production Process:
Users are encouraged to review digital proofs before finalizing orders. Once an order is confirmed, it enters the production process and cannot be modified. iPrints will make reasonable efforts to produce prints that match the design files provided by the user. We strive to maintain high printing standards, but minor variations in color, cutting, and finishing may occur. However, slight variations in color, cutting, and finishing may occur. Such variations are within acceptable industry tolerances and we do not guarantee exact color matching. Please learn how to choose the right design color values with our CMYK Colour Charts. Again, printing jobs may have slight quantity variations. We reserve the right to deliver and invoice for a quantity within 5% of the ordered amount.
Products Pricing and Disclaimer:
iPrints strives to implement transparent pricing system for products listed on the site. Nevertheless, we can not guarantee that the prices of products, items and services listed on this site will not change or may represent the current cost of items. This is due to a continued industry price fluctuations and changes in global financial exchange rates. Prices stated on our website or as quoted by our sales team are subject to change without notice. And any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions. Kindly call or chat us at anytime to request for the current cost of items before placing your orders on the website. We value your patronage and will continue to offer amazing pricing model always.
Payment Terms and Methods:
Payment can be made through a secure online payment gateway on iprints.com.ng. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards payment, direct bank transfers, and other payment options as specified on our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Review the details carefully, and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full or upfront payment as the case may be. In some cases, full payment is required before production begins. You are responsible for any applicable taxes such as value added taxes VAT, duties, or other fees associated with your order. Prices do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.
Quality Assurance and Claims:
Our quality control measures allow customers to easily request print tests and proofing before mass production. This is to ensure that the finished products meet the required quality standards, while reducing the likelihood of errors and reprints. Upon receipt of your order, we asked that you inspect the products for any defects or discrepancies. Any claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order. We may request digital images or physical samples to assess claims. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, either reprint the order or issue a credit. Order Cancellations and Refunds:
We will do our best to accommodate modifications, but we cannot guarantee their acceptance. Changes to an order may be subject to additional charges and may impact production timelines. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Cancellations must be requested before production begins, and fees may apply. If you receive products with manufacturing defects or errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request digital images for assessment. We reserve the right to issue refunds or replacement products at our discretion. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, and a refund will be issued. Once an order has entered the production process, cancellations are not possible, and refunds are only granted for defective or erroneous products. please read our Return and Refund Policy.
Turnaround Times & Shipping:
Turnaround times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Turnaround times commence upon order confirmation and receipt of approved artwork. Delays may occur due to technical issues, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any resulting consequences. iPrints will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from delayed production or delivery. We strive to meet delivery deadlines, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, accidents or other factors beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Please read our Product Delivery and Fulfillment Options. Shipping costs may be specified during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.
Unpaid or Uncollected Orders:
It is important to understand clearly our policies regarding unpaid balances, storage periods and associated fees to customers as we have a limited storage period for unpaid or uncollected orders. The duration for which printed jobs are kept in our warehouse or stores when a customer has not made the balance payment ranges from a few days to a maximum pteroid of four (4) weeks. If the customer fails to make the payment within this timeframe, we consider the order ‘abandoned’, and the printed materials will be subject to disposal or other actions as per company policy such as recycle the printed materials or charge the customer additional storage fees. Prints will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from abandoned orders. We may communicate with the customer regarding the unpaid balance and provide a grace period for payment. Nevertheless, if the payment is not received within the grace period, the company will proceed with its policies for handling unpaid orders. Keeping print products beyond the set period will attract a 5% fee on the value of the item(s) every week. This fee is intended to cover the cost of storage and will accrue until the balance payment is made or until the storage period limit is reached. This helps us manage storage space and costs associated with unclaimed orders. To avoid any issues, customers are encouraged to make payments promptly and communicate with the Company if there are concerns or delays in payment.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All content and materials on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of iPrints, the Company or its original owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. As a user, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without explicit permission. Your privacy is important to us. Again, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your submitted artwork. By placing an order, you grant us the right to reproduce, modify, and distribute the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your artwork does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright laws.
Privacy Policy:
We collect and store information necessary for order processing and communication. Your personal information is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment and service provision. By placing an order, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your order, promotions, and other relevant information. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time. Furthermore, our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall our Printing Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your order or the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in question. The materials provided to you through the services are delivered ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ – without any representation or warranties of any kind either express or implied; including implied warranties of quality, fitness, durability, title, and non-infringement via the site. All advertised products are subject to actual dealership availability. Product options and product images displayed may not represent the actual products specifications. Please contact us (directly) to confirm all specifications, pricing, and availability before placing an order on the website. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, reliable, or error-free.
Amendments and Termination:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of federal republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria. Continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms. iPrints or its parent organisation reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by iPrints Nigeria.
Agreement Between You and Us:
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. By using the services provided by iPrints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
