To place an order, you can add a product you like to your shopping cart and check out as a guest; with or without making a payment. A Blank Order is when NO PAYMENT is made or required. This order type is required when you request for free product samples or cost estimate. You don't need to create an account to order on the website.
Below is the step by step guide on how you can place your order on our site and have it fulfilled and delivered to your door step as soon as possible. Please contact us now if you are having challenges or difficulties purchasing a product or service from our website.
How to Order On iPrints:
1. Visit iPrints.com.ng.
2. Search for the item(s) you need.
3. Click on the Product or Service to see details.
4. Specify the Quantity of the Product you want.
5. Click on the “Add to Cart” Button.
6. Click on the "Cart Basket" icon to view item(s).
7. Tap on the "Checkout Button" to proceed to checkout page.
8. Now fill your Billing Information and click Place Order.
We will reactive your Order and an email notification will be sent to your reference email address. Our Support Team will contact you as soon as possible for the next progress.
How do I Upload or Email my Artwork to you?
You can place your order directly through our website checkout without any artwork. Upload your artwork to us using the online request from or the email addresses on our on our Contact Page. You can also save your design on Google Drive, copy and paste the URL into an email message and send to us.
NOTE:
Once you placed your order, you’ll get an email notification with your order reference number. We need you to include this number in your email so that we can link your design up to your order. Email the link, and order reference to hello@iprints.com.ng and iprints03@gmail.com. We’ll send you a reply shortly after we received it.
You can reply to the proofing email; letting us know that you’re ready and happy to go ahead. Please note that we can’t confirm a delivery date or time until you’ve approved your artwork or production. Please read how to place an order on the site or call us if you are having problems placing an order or sending your project file(s).
Sometimes you may experience problems with files uploading to the website; especially due to image size or file format. You can send JPEG, PNG and PDF files to us via the website or email. Make sure your images are under 10MB. If your file is too large, you can scale it down using your design software and then re-export it.
